Event and Membership Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice or prior to the start of a  program, whichever comes first.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable.

• A full refund will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of a program.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to a program will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the program will not receive a refund.
